This week's challenge is all about gratitude!

Being grateful is very powerful. 

Gratitude opens up your heart and your mind. Reflecting on the good that has happened in your life makes you happy and in turn drives contentment in your life.

The positive energy you exude from being grateful will attract even more blessings into your life.

Consistent gratitude attracts consistent blessings.

Instead of being unsatisfied about what you don't have, or unmotivated regarding what you are yet to achieve, gratitude will make you feel satisfied with what you do have and motivated about what you can achieve!

Your challenge this week is to use the downloadable sheet on this page to make a list of all the things in your life that you are grateful for that you can think of today.

You can take it a step further and get a gratitude journal. Set a reminder on your calendar once a week and make a list in your journal of everything that happened in your life the week prior that you are grateful for. If you can do this every day, that would be amazing.

Make this process of reflection and gratitude a constant habit in your life and watch what happens.
