It's time for another no spend challenge!

As a reminder, for each successful no spend day, the rules are as follows:

  1. You can only spend money on necessities such as groceries, rent, gas, utilities etc (Essentials)
  2. You cannot spent money on eating out, clothes, movies, coffee, vending machines etc (Non-essentials)

Extra credit:

  • Get creative: A lot of money is wasted on uneaten food. Open up your fridge and freezer and see what creative meals you can come up with so your food does not go to waste (Pinterest has great ideas). Make something fun and take it to work with you!
